When you send a pitch

We collect your name, email, organization, role, optional LinkedIn URL, and the pitch you submit. We use this information to assess editorial relevance, respond, and coordinate possible interviews. Please do not include confidential information or sensitive personal details.

Pitches are stored in our Cloudflare database and emailed through Resend to our editorial team. Resend also sends a receipt to the address you provide. Submission does not add you to a mailing list. We keep pitch records for editorial follow-up; contact us if you want to ask about, correct, or delete a submission.

Essential services

Cloudflare hosts the site and provides Turnstile verification to protect the pitch form from automated abuse. Verification processes technical information, including your IP address. Our form rate limiting stores a hashed identifier rather than a raw IP address. Essential hosting and security services may process technical request information to operate and protect the site.

Optional analytics

If you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics measures website traffic and engagement, and RB2B provides business-visitor analytics. These services may use cookies or similar identifiers and process technical browsing information under their own policies. We do not add the fields you submit in the pitch form to our analytics events.

Optional analytics remain off until you allow them. You can revisit your choice using “Privacy settings” in the footer. We respect your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal by keeping optional analytics off. Changing your choice stops future optional tracking on this site; it does not automatically remove information already processed by providers.

Storage and links

We remember your privacy choice in your browser for up to six months. Browser controls can remove stored cookies and site data. Article links lead to independently operated publication pages with their own privacy practices. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own.
